CDC Vaccination Schedules:
The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) provides consumers with vaccination schedules based on your age.

Mandated Benefits:
The Maryland Insurance Administration (MIA) requires certain health plan providers to include specific benefits for health benefit plan contracts that cover groups of more than 50 employees. These mandated benefits can be found on here. The MIA has a separate mandate for small group plans (less than 50 employees). The small group mandate can be viewed here.

U.S. Preventive Health Service Information for Consumers:
The U.S. Preventive Health Service releases recommendations on different health topics that can help both health care professionals and consumers prevent illness and improve health.
